Artisanal French Beer
Rhone winemaker Yves Chéron has recently opened a terrific micro-brewery and is producing delicious craft beers, such as this ‘Blonde des Dentelles’, named after the granite cliffs ‘Les Dentelles de Montmirail’ which tower over his family domaine in Gigondas. Its unfiltered & unpasteurized to retain as much body and flavour as possible, crisp and citrusy with a malty, hoppy finish.
