Up on the Cap Corse promontory, outside the village of Luri, Lina Pieretti-Venturi makes a wonderful sweet Muscat de Cap Corse from a precious parcel of 2 hectares of vines that have been handed down through her family. This orange blossom-scented, golden-hued nectar is traditionally enjoyed in situ as a decadent aperitif but works equally well as partner to fruit-based desserts.
