Savennières: Château d’Epiré 'Mœlleux' 2009

We were very impressed with the 2009 vintage which has a bouquet of dried fruits and a gently honeyed palate. It is already irresistible but should gain even more depth with bottle-age.

• Vinification: Late-harvested grapes are pressed and their juice is then fermented in vats prior to being racked into used wooden barrels for a 12 month élevage before bottling.
