Prices are quoted inclusive of UK duty and VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices and passon increases should they be incurred.
Payment should be made at the time of ordering by switch, delta or credit card (other than Amex or Diners).
Missing wine or cases damaged in transit must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of advice of dispatch. If you are expecting a delivery and have not received it within 3 working days, please notify us. Cases should be opened and examined on arrival. If this is not possible, the carrier's sheet must be signed "unexamined'.
Cancellation of an order is possible in part or in full, for up to 7 days after the delivery is made. We will then arrange collection of the wine and reimbursement of the appropriate sum.
Substitute wines may be used to complete an order if a particular wine is out of stock. In these instances, a member of our staff will endeavour to contact you to explain the situation and, where appropriate, to discuss the possible alternatives. In the absence of instructions to the contrary, an appropriate substitute may be used to complete an order, providing that we are confident it is fully the peer of, and as good value as, the unavailable item.
Data Protection law governs the retention and use of personal customer information by Yapp Brothers. Any such data is held in compliance with the regulations and we will not pass information to others to allow them to market to you.

Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is run and funded by Yapp Brothers Ltd and is open to all UK residents, excluding employees of Yapp Brothers, their families and agents. 2. No purchase necessary. 3. One entry per person. 4. All entries must be received by Sunday 30th November 2008. 5. No responsibility is taken for incomplete, illegible, lost, delayed or damaged entries or those that for a technical reason are not entered in the prize draw. Proof of registration is not proof of entry. 6. There is one first prize available. The first prize consists of one case (of twelve 75cl bottles) of Yapp Champagne delivered to the preferred UK mainland address of the prizewinner during normal office hours. 7. No cash alternative is available. 8. All participants who submit a valid entry will be entered into the prize draw. The prizewinner will be the first name selected at random from all valid entries. The prize draw will take place on Monday 1st December 2008 and the prizewinner will be notified within 7 days. 9. Yapp Brothers is the arbiter of the promotion and reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice, and in the event of any dispute its decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. The prizewinner may be required to participate in future publicity. The prizewinner’s name will be available after Monday 15th December 2008 by sending a SAE to the promoter at the address below.
