Grand Montmirail: Bière Blonde des Dentelles

Yves Cheron's 'Blonde des Dentelles' is a small-batch organic blonde beer that's bottle-fermented and unfiltered & unpasteurized to retain as much body and flavour as possible. Crisp and citrusy with a malty, hoppy finish, it hits the spot!

(33cl bottles. 5.4% ABV).

Tasting Notes

Winemaker, négociant and all-round good egg Yves Cheron is a busy chap – looking after both his Pascal Frères and his own Domaine du Grand Montmirail wines would keep most folk busy from dawn to dusk. But, if you want something done 'toute suite', ask a busy (thirsty) chap. So Yves has produced another thirst-quencher to add to his stable of wines, this time a blonde beer, named after the granite cliffs 'Les Dentelles de Montmirail' which tower over his family domaine in Gigondas.
